Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched from our central fulfillment facility in Karachi.
Karachi Deliveries: 2 to 3 business days.
Rest of Pakistan: 4 to 6 business days.
Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed same-day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following business day.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched via our courier network, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and live status link.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy and guidelines below.
Eligibility Window: Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all Liquid Touch tags intact.
1. Size, Color, or Change of Mind Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
Process: Submit an exchange request through our customer support team. Once approved, ship the item back to our designated return warehouse address.
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify it meets our condition guidelines.
Shipping Costs:
The customer covers the return courier shipping fee to send the item back to our warehouse.
We will dispatch your replacement item free of charge once the returned item passes inspection.
2. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item, a garment with a manufacturing defect, or damage caused during transit:
Process: Contact our support team immediately with your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly upon verification.
Shipping Costs: We will cover all shipping expenses. You will be fully reimbursed for any return courier charges, and your correct replacement will be shipped with zero additional fees.
